"You can’t ever get ahold of Andy. He doesn’t return phone calls. The body shop our car has been at for almost 2 months can’t get ahold of him either to get a check so they can release our car to us. Since I can’t do a review a second time, I’m responding here. Again, you’ve failed to return any phone calls from last week. Where we’re at in the process since you clearly have no idea, we’re waiting on your company to approve the supplemental claim and release a check. The work on our vehicle has been completed for 2 weeks now and all we’re waiting on is for you to send the a check for the rest of the work! Feel free to call them if you can figure out how to work a phone!"
